On the strength of James Clark’s season high 21 point game, the Sebeka boys basketball team defeated Parkers Prairie 57-49 in the first round of Section 5A basketball playoffs. Clark also added 7 rebounds and 4 assists to the cause. Matthew Lillquist had another stellar game with 15 points and 18 rebounds. Sterling Crabb pitched

State Wrestling Update

Tom Tellers advances with a 15-9 win. Ben Johnson lost 9-3 and will now have to wait to see if he will be allowed to wrestle back.

Wrestling Webcast

Starting this year all 1,512 matches, dual and individual for all classes, over the three-day tournament will be streamed live by Prep45.com and are available for a $4.97 daily fee.

Tellers, Palmer and Johnson advance to State

The UNC wrestling team came away from the Section 8A tournament with three state qualifiers. Ben Johnson at 113 pound weight class, Tommy Tellers at 138 and Tristan Palmer at 195. The Warriors started the Section 8A individual wrestling tournament on Friday, February 20th with three wrestlers advancing to the finals.
